Pool Tempatures

For swimmers there is one big question about swimming. What is the ideal swimming pool temperature? Is it more suitable to swim in a cold or warm pool? Personally i prefer the water with a little chill because after a while you will get your blood pumping anyway. But that’s just my personal opinion. And not everyone will agree with me. So I went to the internet to do some research.

Now after some extensive researching I found some of the effects that both warm and cold water can cause. I read that cold water open up your body’s blood vessels to get all of your warm blood to your essential organs so you don’t suffer from hypothermia. And the issue with warm water is that it gets easy to overheat. If you want to learn more so you can hold your own opinion I would recommend using this source. You can also learn what the ideal temperature is. But have no fear. All pools are regulated for your safety.
